In my role as a leader, I have been responsible for organizing teams, managing contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring quality control across all phases of work. My approach always includes a thorough evaluation and selection of contractors to ensure the highest quality and adherence to all deadlines.

Throughout my career, I have worked with various types of properties, always striving for perfect results and paying close attention to every detail.
Today, I am part of the Fix & Flip team, where I contribute my experience and skills in reviewing and assessing the quality of completed work. My goal is to provide investors with a high-quality product that is fully ready for sale and meets the highest standards.
